CUSTOMS

Export permits and clearance

Each shipment leaves with a full export permit, customs declaration and certificate of origin, cleared through the Tanzania Revenue Authority.

SGS / ALS

Independent assay and weight

Cargo is sampled, assayed and weighed by an independent inspector before loading. You receive the certificate before you pay.

OECD

Responsible sourcing

We follow the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for minerals from high risk areas. No child labour, no conflict material, no illegal pits.

AML / KYC

Anti money laundering checks

We screen every buyer and supplier, keep records of each transaction and pay only through traceable bank channels.

EHS

Safety and environment

Our sites follow national occupational health rules, safe waste handling and land rehabilitation after quarrying.

FOB / CIF

Shipping and insurance

We ship FOB, CFR or CIF from Dar es Salaam and Mombasa with marine insurance and full container tracking.

ICC

Contracts and payment terms

Sales run on clear written contracts using ICC Incoterms 2020, with LC, TT or escrow payment terms.
